They are extremely through with their inspections, and their attention to detail is impeccable. They were extremely patient and friendly with me and my family in explaining the recommendations in their reports, and helped us understand by using Layman's terms, for those not as savvy in Construction engineering/building standards and code such as I.

Their post inspection reports alone are very detailed and informative, and that's what really separate them from the rest. You can see the amount of effort they put into their craft. Maria even hand delivered the report to my residence as i did not have printer and prefer hard copies. WOW!
