Absolutely blown away! We hired Van to complete our home inspection and could not believe how thorough he was. He took his time (3 hours total) and really investigated the structural integrity of the home, and caught many items needing to be replace or repaired (it is a new build, so we are having to deal with the builder). The report was so detailed that upon submission to the builder, the builder has agreed to rectify 99% of the items prior to occupancy. Our inspector was also hilarious and personable. So glad that I went with them.
