A great team of inspectors that worked together and went above and beyond. They did a very thorough inspection of the house, structurally, electrical and grading. Two separate inspectors went through a very tight and cluttered crawlspace and into the attic. The report was very thorough, and easy to follow, with images of the defects, as well as illustrations of best practices in order to improve the home. We highly recommend this team!

I used the D’Andrea Team for my home inspection as a first time home buyer. Could not have had a better experience using them. Very reasonable price combined with an EXTREMELY thorough inspection. Took 2.5 hours with a team of 3 people including an electrical specialist, plumbing specialist, and the lead inspector Susan. They explained any and all questions I had. The job they did was beyond what I was expecting. And the official report is an extremely in depth 56-page report. Very, very good price for the extremely in depth job they did. I couldn’t recommend them enough, you must use them! Especially if looking at older homes like I was that may have issues that lay beneath the surface. I will never use anyone else going forward but these guys. Extremely happy!
